¶ Dairy-Free Macaroni and Cheese

- 16 oz dry pasta
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Black pepper
- Pinch of chili powder
- Cook pasta to package instructions.
- Blend all other ingredients to form a sauce. Taste and adjust as preferred.
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir the sauce in over a low heat. The sauce will thicken as you stir.
